Enhansulin ships to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS) mail with delivery confirmation notice in order to establish your receipt date. This is the date we use to start the customer's 30-day trial period.
Return Policy:
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS, THEN CALL 1-888-403-9500 FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) AND THE PROPER SHIPPING ADDRESS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER.
- Customer has 30 days from USPS delivery confirmation date to have product postmarked and sent via return mail (USPS) back to Enhansulin.com Corp.
- Before returning product, you MUST call Enhansulin Customer Service Department at 888-403-9500 to receive a return authorization number (RAN) to include with the returned product. If you do not have this code, we will not credit you for returning your product.
- We strongly encourage customers to mail back returns via the United States Postal Service via certified or registered mail, with delivery confirmation.
- Under no circumstances will Enhansulin.com Corp. give credit for returned products that are not received and/or do not have a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Enhansulin.com Corp then has 30 days from the receipt of returned product(s) to credit customer's credit card or mail check for the full amount of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
- Enhansulin.com Corp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
